The Art of Living Children & Teens programs for schools offers trainings for students, teachers and parents, teaching powerful breathing techniques and awareness processes that reduce stress, regulate emotions and nurture human values.

Healthy Body

Series of yogic asanas, exercises and tips to encourage physical fitness and strengthen the body. Interactive discussions on healthy food choices that encourage nutritious eating.

Healthy Mind

Breathing techniques that reduce stress, anger and depression; and improve focus. Relaxation exercises that encourage a calm state of mind and revitalize human values.

Healthy Lifestyle

Team exercises and discussions for social-emotional learning of life skills. Benefits include emotion-regulation, problem solving, good decision-making and handling peer pressure.
