Through powerful breathing techniques, meditation, games, yoga, creative projects, problem-solving strategies, interactive processes and service projects, the workshop is delivered in a light and fun manner.

Children learn tools and skills to:

Social

Through interactive processes and games children learn about core human values like friendship and compassion. Increasing their confidence within themselves and around other people.

Physical

Dynamic body exercises, yoga, and powerful breathing techniques.

  • For children aged 8-12

Mental

Practical wisdom and techniques that give children a solid foundation to better manage their mind, emotions, handle stress and difficult situations. Giving them greater focus, memory and the ability to concentrate and increase their learning ability.

Emotional

Dynamic group discussions designed to help children feel more confident and increase their awareness and emotional intelligence. They will gain an understanding of how to handle their mind when they are upset, stressed or angry and strengthen their ability to handle peer pressure.
