Gurudev will deliver a speech on the meaning of yoga and its importance in our lives. Thereafter, he will leave for Kashmir. Kamlesh Barwal, international yoga director, Art of Living said, "Yoga has many health benefits. Most of all, it makes us peaceful. Slowly, the younger generation is getting inclined towards a healthy lifestyle and now people talk about yoga."

On people's approach towards yoga, Kamlesh said, "Yoga is more of a business in other countries but in India it is practiced in its pure form. In our country, we have a different attachment with yoga." Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar last visited the city in 2013.
