Yoga Asanas: Three Easy And Effective Yoga Exercises For Vertigo

Vertigo is a type of dizziness that directly affects the sense of balance which is required to maintain stability. It creates distress in the medulla oblongata which controls the balance and movement of the body. However, it has been proven that certain yoga asanas improve balance.  According to the experts, yoga also stimulates the nervous system which eliminates vertigo from the system.
