Breathing workshop
for wellbeing

Art of Living Foundation - Norway has set up a customized course for anyone who wants help to deal with thoughts and feelings after the traumatic events of July 22nd. The course is free and is called "Breathing workshop for wellbeing." It runs over 3 days, one hour each day, where participants do a little yoga, learn breathing and meditating together. Yoga will be mild, yet effective, and suitable for everyone. The breathing technique helps to release tension in the body, and the guided meditation helps to provide rest and relaxation at a deep level.

Course Location: Kongensgate 3 in Oslo

The course is suitable for everyone from approx. 15 years and older. If you know someone and are not sure whether the course is suitable for him or her, contact us and let us find out together. Since we have limited space in our room, we ask that you register in advance. If several of you are coming, kindly inform us how many you will be in total.
