Science, Creativity & Meditation

Science and meditation : in between is creativity. Science says, what is this? And meditation is knowing, who am I. The subjective knowledge about one's self is meditation and the objective knowledge and objective analysis is science. They are not contradictory, they complement each other.

In the Upanishads, it is said that if you know a substance thoroughly then you become free. Because what is in one atom in this creation is in this whole universe. In an atomic structure, the center is the proton and neutron, the positive aspects and the negatively-charged particles are on the circumference. Our stress is only on the circumference and creativity, talents are at the very core of our personality.

Our body is made up of amino acids, carbohydrates, proteins and sugars. Yet the consciousness, our mind - what is the mind made up of? Thought is nothing but an impulse of energy and intelligence. What is the source of thought made up of? What is our spirit made up of? What is the consciousness made of? The answer is - you will have to experience yourself to know it. It cannot be understood, but experienced. Everyone has to do it.

It is made of liveliness, beauty, joy, creativity, truth and all these values and virtues; but do we really cherish them? Most of all is love - we are made up of this substance called love. This bonding force, the very nature of consciousness is love.
