What should be my priority - my family which is far away in India, or my career which is going great in Europe?

You be open and be available. Suppose your parents want you to come there and they're not well, or they need you desperately, you should go there. If they're fine, comfortable and you want to pursue your career, do that. They don't need to be in conflict with each other. Of course the mind sometimes gets into conflict. When you go there you want to come here and work. But just take it easy.
