Art of Living Foundation Conducts a Course entitled (Health and Happiness) to Overcome Life Stress.

Amman (Al Anbat) – During these difficult circumstances, where stress, worries and uncertainty about the future took place, comes the necessity to learn techniques that can help us handle life stress and live happily .That is what Art of Living foundation (AOL)/ Jordan provides, through the ancient breathing techniques that their roots stem from Yoga. AOL will receive next week one of AOL professional instructors, Patricia Montella from America to participate in the free workshop entitled (Health and Happiness) that will be held at Ramada Hotel/ Purple Hall at 4:00pm, on Saturday dated 17/04/2010.

Mr. Christian Matta, The Trainer of AOL Jordan, described this short visit and workshop, "Patricia Montella is one of the most significant trainers of The Art of Living Foundation; she has a wide experience in the initiatives of empowerment, especially for youth. It’s our pleasure to have her in Jordan. And I believe that she will assist The Art of Living Jordan to make progress in creating harmony and remove tension and violence from society ".

On the occasion of Mrs. Montella's first visit to Jordan, she said "The Art of Living helped hundreds of thousands people around the world to live the experience of peace of mind in the midst of the chaos of their lives through the breathing techniques that are created to help enhance human values between people from all cultures and traditions". She added "mental focus and peace of mind that brings peace within the self, is considered one of the most precious gifts that we grant to people in the light of the world's difficult circumstances".

The Art of Living programs particularly target youth from 18 years and up, in order to encourage them to imbibe values that connect humans. The foundation has held 8 courses for Yes + with more than 100 participants. Loyalty and a sense of responsibility towards the whole of humanity are nurtured in young people. The course inspires volunteers to establish many service projects that are implemented in Jordan and all over the world.

The Art of Living offers many programs that meet all needs of different age categories and strata of society, such as: Course Part 1, Yes+, Art Excel, Meditation and Advanced courses. Moreover, studies have proven that the practitioners of Surdashian Kriya, a breathing technique, enjoy peace of mind and mental focus.

Mr. Matta added "We are excited to share our experiences with the largest number possible of youth through Health and Happiness workshop which will be held at Ramada Hotel, Purple Hall, on Saturday, April 14, 2010 at 4:00pm".
