Remember the 5 keys to Happiness we learned in the Happiness Program? 

Join us for a unique journey as we dive deeper into each of the 5 keys to happiness over 5 consecutive Tuesdays, starting on 2^nd September 2020. 

Schedule for each session: 

6:30pm:     Welcome and getting to know each other 

6:40pm:     Revising what we remember from the Happiness Course (first key to Happiness) 

6:45pm:     Yoga 

7:00pm:     Sudarshan Kriya in Sri Sri’s voice 

7:40pm:     Listening to Sri Sri’s knowledge on one of the 5 keys 

8:05pm:     Discussion of knowledge in groups guided by an Art of Living teacher – how can we use this knowledge in our daily lives? (breakout rooms)

8:20pm:     Open discussion and Qs and As 

8:30pm:     Closing 

Course Fee: You can select any one of the four offered course fee options. If you would like to pay more, please let the organizers listed below know and we will be happy to send you the bank details.
