Das Kernstück des Kurses ist die Sudarshan Kriya®, eine kraftvolle
Technik, die natürliche Atemrhythmen nutzt, um sich aus
diesem Gedankenkreislauf zu lösen. Diese Atemtechnik befreit den
Körper und den Geist von Stress und hilft, mit belastenden Gefühlen
und herausfordernden Situationen besser umzugehen.
Kurszeiten, Inhalte und Wirkung
Der Kurs findet an 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen für mehrere Stunden statt. Am ersten Tag 3 und den beiden weiteren Tagen 6 Stunden, unter der Woche abends und am Wochenende vormittags.
- - Techniken für die Verbesserung zwischenmenschlicher Beziehungen im Privatleben und am Arbeitsplatz.

Erfahrene Kursleiter führen Sie durch die Workshops. Anschließend können die Übungen selbständig im Alltag angewendet werden.
